• By registering on our site, users are required to give us contact information which includes your name, email address, password & demographic information.  Passwords and email addresses are collected to verify your identity and for customers to log into our system to place orders. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your use of our website. Cookies are stored on your computer and used to deliver content specific to your interests & to recognize you when you visit our store. If you purchase any Name Maker products, we obtain certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address. This Information collected is used to bill you for products and services. Name Maker does not store any of its customers financial information.

• Name Maker Inc DOES NOT willfully sell, trade, rent, lease or share customer information with any other companies. Information we gather from the customer is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling, charging and shipping the customers orders. We collect phone numbers and email addresses in case we need to contact the customer regarding their order. We do send out mailers and coupons, if you do not wish to receive these or would like to notify us of a change of address, please contact customer service at 800-241-2890 with that information.

• To increase your protection, Name Maker uses up to the minute, state-of-the-art technology & firewalls to keep your data from unauthorized third party users. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, as it is transmitted over the Internet.

We consider credit card fraud a very serious criminal offense. If there is any doubt about an order placed, we will contact you via email or phone, so we can verify that it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect transaction we will cancel the order with no notice or correspondence sent.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept orders from Nigeria, Ghana, Indonesia, Romania, Malaysia, Singapore(along with a few other countries) due to a high volume of prior fraudulent occurrences. We reserve the right to refuse any order we deem suspicious, fraudulent or unacceptable for any reason. We reserve the right to perform additional credit card security checks when deemed necessary.
